Cyndi has consulted in long term care for over thirty years. She has spoken at state and national allied healthcare conferences..
As a business owner for 30 years, she has developed resources for topics such as food safety, emergency planning and inservice training.
Through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics she served on the national board for the consultants' practice group, Dietetics in Health Care Communities as Past Chair and Advertising and Sponsorship Coordinator.
Cyndi is a past member of the board for certification for Gerontological Nutrition. She has served as the Editor of the Pocket Guide for Nutrition Assessment through DHCC and the Academy.
Cynthia has a Master’s in Hospital Administration from the University of Texas.
Katy is a Board Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition, has a BBA in Management from Baylor University and a Master in Dietetic Administration through Utah State University with an emphasis in person centered care.
Katy has been a consulting dietitian for over fifteen years. She is the instructor for the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professional's approved dietary manager’s class through Blinn College.
Katy has multiple publications: Author of Defining Skilled Nursing Facility Residents’ Dining Style Preferences in the Journal of Nutrition in Gerontology and Geriatrics, 32:1–20, 2013; Contributor for Nutrition Care for the Older Adult published through the Academy; Reviewer for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' Nutrition Care Manual, long term care section; Editor for The Pocket Resource for Nutrition Assessment and the Pocket Resource for Management through DHCC and the Academy.
Katy has severed on the CSG cut score committee; the Sponsorship Coordinator, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and on the web site development committee for Dietetics in Healthcare Communities (a practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics). Katy is also active in her local community: volunteering at the animal shelter, fostering cats and kittens, serving on church council and as a little league softball coach.

Lydia completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics at Michigan State University, and Master or Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England.
Lydia has eight years of experience as a dietitian, and six years with PAA as a consultant dietitian. As a Senior Consultant, this role requires exceptional organization, communication, and self-directing skills as Lydia operates out of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding North Texas area.
